Chalet Manager

A Chalet Manager is responsible for up to five chalets and works with approx. 3 other staff. He/she is responsible for all aspects of the successful day-to-day management of all in-resort operations. The role is very diverse; from cleaning, guest relations, monitoring standards and logistical arrangements; you will need to have high standards of organisation and attention to detail with a pragmatic and enthusiastic approach. Very high standards will be expected, and a full and clean UK driving licence is useful. This is a really exciting way to gain life experience whilst having a lot of fun and skiing, and would really suit an out-going and adventurous ‘people person’ looking to get involved in delivering a wide range of resort services. We are looking for mature-minded, hard working, sociable, organised individuals with hospitality experience. A fun and outgoing personality, with a flexible attitude and passion for the mountain is essential. This role is a great way to gain experience in customer care as well as a fantastic way to meet new people and have some adventure and fun.
