Our service is already famous in the industry; nothing is too much trouble.  Before you arrive in the resort our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service staff will have completed a full consultation with you to establish everything we need to know to ensure you have a great holiday.  Whilst settled in to your luxury chalet your Chalet Manager will be on-hand to satisfy any request you have.

Cuisine
Sit back and relax while your personal Chalet Chef prepares delicious breakfasts, freshly baked cakes, canapés and gourmet three course dinners for you. We can cater to any dietary requirement, from seafood allergy to Celiac, just let us know and your Chef will be prepared.

Childcare
Even if you are not using our childcare service you don't need to carry cumbersome toys and equipment out with you.  In-car child seats, high-chairs, stair gates, etc are all provided.

Ski Hosting
Would you like to be shown around, see where the best restaurants are and generally orientate yourself and your family?  No problem, we'll provide you with a mountain host free of charge! 

Personal Service
Would you like The Sunday Times delivered with a cup of tea in your room first thing?  How about flowers for a special occasion?  Just ask your Chalet Manager - nothing is too much trouble.
