| There are two individuals that own and run Venture Ski: Peter Duke and Mark Livesey. Both keen skiers, they had highly successful careers before deciding to start their own business in 2004.
Formerly a Captain in the Army Air Corps, Peter served in the first Gulf War flying combat helicopters. After over a decade in the Forces he went on to qualify as an FCCA (Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and became Finance Director of a major IT company. He lives in Buckinghamshire with his partner and six children!
Mark has spent the past 19 years in sports marketing with most of the last ten years at the cutting-edge in Formula One in charge of several aspects of Sir Frank Williams’ team. In his spare time he loves flying helicopters, mountain biking and is also a PADI Divemaster and LTA tennis coach. Whenever he get the opportunity, Mark enjoys taking guests off-piste on the mountain in Sainte Foy.
Not just friends, but a team of like-minded business people whose passion for skiing and love of sun, fun and the outdoors has led them to form a dynamic young company: Venture Ski.
