Our Customer Service team and our Resort teams are there to enhance your experience, and are very happy to answer your questions or assist at any stage.
Choose: If there is any information you cannot find on our website, either call us on 0870 242 4881, email: customer.service@ventureski.co.uk or click here to "Request Call-back" or at the top of any page. You can also use our contact us form to submit enquiries. You may want a brochure - which we can dispatch immediately.
Book: We will make your booking as easy as possible to allow you to secure a reservation. We collect some information during this process, but will consult further after your reservation has been confirmed to make sure our resort team are fully prepared to make your stay with us the very best ski holiday possible.
There are two ways to make a reservation. The Customer Service desk can take your reservation (by e-mail or telephone) or you can fill in the on-line reservation form below. (Please note that you will not have to make any on-line payment as part of this procedure. After you submit your request, we will contact you to confirm availability and will hold your reservation for 5 working days until your deposit arrives).
