Our service is already famous in the industry; nothing is too much trouble. Before you arrive in the resort our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service staff will have completed a full consultation with you to establish everything we need to know to ensure you have a great holiday. Whilst settled in to your luxury chalet your Chalet Host will be on-hand to deliver any request you have.
Cuisine
We can cater to any dietary requirement, from seafood allergy to Celiac, just let us know and your Chef will be prepared.
Ski School
There are several options available; the Ecole du Ski Francais (ESF) is located just a ‘stone’s throw’ away from your chalet door and is ideal for children and adults alike. There are several independent private instructors we use regularly for those who desire more personal attention and then there is Venture Ski’s own top-of-the-range guides who offer the ultimate day out on the mountain either on-piste or off-piste, you choose.
Child Care
Even if you are not using our childcare service you don’t need to carry cumbersome toys and equipment out with you. In-car child seats, high-chairs, stair gate, sterilisers etc are all provided free of charge.
Equipment Hire
Upon arrival we will take you to the best local hire shop to get what you need. Our experienced staff will advise what would be the best for you and ensure you receive our special guest discount.
Ski Passes
Give us your name, date of birth and a passport-type photograph in advance and we’ll have your ski pass waiting in your chalet when you arrive. No hassle, no queuing, you’ll be first on the lift on your first day.
Ski Hosting
Would you like to be shown around, see where the best restaurants are and generally orientate yourself and your family? No problem, we’ll provide you a mountain host free of charge!
Personal Service
Would you like The Sunday Times delivered with a cup of tea in your room first thing? How about flowers for a special occasion or even a birthday cake. Just ask your Chalet Host – nothing is too much trouble.
